• Order confirmation via SMS or email does not guarantee delivery of the exact item ordered in cases of unforeseen stock shortages; we will inform you of substitutions or cancellations promptly

• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge only before preparation has begun; once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible
• If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion
• Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
